EXPLORING INDUSTRIES. ENVISIONING FUTURES.
On 29th September, Grade 11 students of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Kanpur stepped beyond the classroom as part of our 100% Externship Programme for Grades 11 & 12.
Students explored three diverse workplaces:
🔧 Small Arms Factory – discovered precision engineering, specialised manufacturing, quality inspection and safety protocols.
⚙️ Ordnance Equipment Factory – gained insights into defence equipment production, design, quality assurance, engineering and technology.
🥛 Namaste India Factory – explored the journey from raw materials to finished products, understanding food processing, hygiene, packaging and quality control.
💡 The takeaway? Real workplaces transformed classroom concepts into tangible experiences, helping students understand industries, discover career possibilities and envision their future with greater clarity.
