Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Kanpur, launched a new initiative, The Book Buddy Session, themed “Fairy Tales,” for Grades 1 & 2 students and their parents on 30 September and 1 October 2026, with each session spanning 60 minutes. The initiative aimed to nurture a love for early literacy through interactive storytelling, shared reading, fairy-tale role-play and character relay. Students enthusiastically portrayed fairy-tale characters, used props and recited dialogues, transforming story time into a lively and engaging learning experience. Parents appreciated the practical home-reading strategies shared and expressed their interest in more such interactive literacy sessions in the future.
