DAIMUN 2025 – Our Students Shine at the Global StageOur students proudly represented the school at the21st edition of the Dhirubhai Ambani International School Model United Nations (DAIMUN) 2025,
held in Mumbai from 24th–27th September 2025.
The conference brought together 500 participants across
11 committees, deliberating on the theme:
“Polycrisis: Navigating a New Global Order.”
Opening Ceremony
The inaugural ceremony was graced by Ambassador Ruchira Kamboj,
former Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations, and
Mr. Bodhisatva Ganguli, Consulting Editor at Network18.
A thought-provoking panel discussion and student Q&A set the tone
for four days of engaging debates and collaboration.
Student Participation and Achievements
Our students represented diverse nations across committees:
- Social, Humanitarian and Cultural Committee (SOCHUM) – Vaibhav Shukla (Ukraine)
- Special Political and Decolonisation Committee (SPECPOL) – Yamdagini Pandey (Gambia), Daksh Jain (Myanmar)
- Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COUPUS) – Tanay Goel (Palestine)
- Disarmament and International Security Committee (DISEC) – Raghav Garg (Canada)
- Sustainable Development Commission (SDC) – Shridhar Goenka (Federal Republic of Nigeria)
